If there is one request that supersedes any other, it is for recipes. I actually keep my food so ridiculously repetitive, some would even say boring, but I can honestly say it is a key contributor to my accelerated healing journey. Less time, money and energy spent on food, planning and preparation, more time, money and energy for other weird and whacky healing protocols, emotional vulnerability and spiritual alignment.
If I have breakfast it’s either two eggs scrambled with butter, salt and pepper, one incy wincy drop of oregano essential oil (yup I don’t even use veges, ham or cheese in it – I am that boring) or chia pudding which again, use to be elaborate but is now, coconut milk, mixed berries, chia and a drop of cinnamon essential oil. Lunch is either a lazy smoothie with coconut milk, avo, leafy greens, greens powder, hemp protein, vitamin c, grass fed gelatin, a couple of lemons, maybe some chia blended or salad or stir fry veges with coconut aminos, although sometimes I do spice it up with some haloumi. Dinner, is pretty much always the same, I know the kids will eat it and therefore my evening is low fuss. Roast meat and veges. Simple.
