Its mango season and I am loving it! Here is a quick an easy recipe for a healthy dessert alternative.

Ingredients (serves 2)
2 Mango’s

  • Cut up the mango into pieces
  • Put the mango pieces in a blender or food processor
  • Pour puree into ice cube trays
  • Freeze for a few hours
  • Add frozen mango cubes into your blender or food processor
  • Serve and Enjoy!
