To change nutrition habits you must be motivated to change. To facilitate change in your life you cannot do this if you are comfortable where you are.

Two
Emotions are the undercurrent of our decision making process, to not understand them, is to live life at their whim. As humans we will move towards pleasure and away from pain and if we do not understand this we will move away from painful feelings and towards pleasure seeking activities like, eating happy hormone boosting foods, shopping, or just ‘busyness’ avoiding the feeling of not being good enough unless we are ‘doing’ something.
Three
If we understand our motivations, our emotions, our mindset and our beliefs such as not being good enough we can be in a position to make more conscious food choices. I challenge you to make these decisions from a place of mindfulness but what will those choices be?

Meats and dairy are not what they used to be so reduce these, and carbs will have a increasingly detrimental effect on your body as you get older, especially if you are carrying excess weight, have PCOS or neuro-conditions. Aligned action is a strong foundation from which all of your life can change for the better but certainly conscious nutrition.
